We've streamlined the process of adding your office data to Flex Index to access Office Benchmarks by providing a downloadable CSV template that guides you through the quick and simple steps.
Before proceeding, ensure you've created a Flex Index account and either created or verified your company's Flex Profile.

Now you’re ready to follow the steps below:
Once you're logged into your Flex Index account, you'll automatically be directed to your admin dashboard.
From the 'Snapshot' page, select Update office data.
Download our CSV template from the upper right-hand side of the page.
Next, fill in the columns with your office information.
Learn more about our field definitions here.
Then, upload your completed CSV file or copy and paste this information into Flex Index directly.
Select the Save and Continue option from the bottom of the screen once complete.
That’s all there is to it! You can now access our Summary Metrics. With a paid subscription, you can use comprehensive Office Benchmarks to identify opportunities to reduce or reallocate space, quickly view your average attendance, and compare against peers to make informed workplace decisions.
