Office Benchmarks’ Summary Metrics offers a comprehensive summary of your office portfolio to help you identify opportunities to reduce or reallocate space, quickly view your average attendance, and make informed decisions about your workplace.
Summary Metrics give you insight into:
Your total number of offices
The total square footage of your offices
The square foot per employee
Your average attendance relative to employees assigned to the office
Your peak attendance relative to employees assigned to the office
Your desk-sharing ratio
Your daily average attendance relative to desks
Your peak attendance relative to desks
✍️ Note: While Office Benchmarks allows you to compare your office data against peers, Summary Metrics lets you view metrics for your own portfolio.
How to view your Summary Metrics
You’ll need to start out by uploading your office inputs before following the steps below:
Once you've logged into your Flex Index account, you'll automatically be directed to the admin dashboard
If you’re already logged in but have navigated away from the admin dashboard, simply click the Flex Index logo in the upper left-hand corner
From the left sidebar under 'Offices', click Snapshot
A summary of your office metrics will then be displayed
If you've uploaded data for multiple office locations, you can filter your Summary Metrics to view insights for specific types of real estate or employee count within your portfolio.
